We ask guests to be mindful of neighbors when using the backyard space. ◇ Security cameras are installed at the front and back doors of the building for safety reasons. ◇ There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers on site. ◇ Not wheelchair-accessible. ◇ We only allow one small dog under 20 lbs are allowed with a pet fee of $200. Sorry, we do not allow cats.

Our house is in a very convenient location, just minutes from the Atlantic City Expressway. Most of our guests arrive in their own personal or rented vehicles and can park on the street. We ask that you DO NOT park in the neighbor's driveway as this can result in your vehicle getting towed. To travel to Atlantic City the Jitney shuttle is another form of transportation just blocks away from our duplex. The nearest major airport to Ventnor is the International Atlantic City Airport, which is about 13 miles away. The drive from our duplex unit to the airport takes about 20 minutes.
